✔️ Ideally around 2 × 2.5 metres (approx. 6.5 × 8 feet) of clear floor space for the massage couch or chair.
✔️ Free from obstacles like coffee tables, clutter, or fragile items.
✔️ Enough room for me to move comfortably around the table.

 

✅ Comfortable Environment:
✔️ Warm enough so you don’t feel chilled during the treatment.
✔️ Low lighting or candles if you wish—whatever makes you feel most relaxed.

 

✅ Quiet and Private:
✔️ A space where you won’t be interrupted by pets, children, or visitors.
✔️ Turn phones to silent if possible for complete relaxation.

 

✅ Access to Power (if needed):
✔️ For optional extras like heated stones or ambient lighting.

 

✅ Safe Access to Your Home:
✔️ Please let me know about stairs, parking, or access issues in advance.

🌟 Cancellations & Refunds Policy 

 

Digital Services (Tarot, Numerology, Birth / Natal Charts, Soul Maps, Astrology Reports etc)

• Once work has started (e.g. your report, reading, or recording is being prepared), no refunds are available.

• This is in line with UK consumer law for digital goods & personalised services (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — they don’t carry a 14-day cancellation once the service has begun).

• If you change your mind before I start, I will refund you in full.

 

Live Services (Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Indian Head Massage, PEMF Sessions, Tarot - Face2Face, telephone, messager, video call)

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend your session, the full fee is retained.

• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule at no extra cost, or receive a refund minus any processing fees.

 

Gift Vouchers

• Non-refundable once purchased.

• Valid for 12 months from purchase date.

 

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive (or connect online) on time.

• Sessions that start late due to client delay will still end at the scheduled time, out of respect for other clients.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

• If I ever need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the chance to reschedule at your convenience.
