✔️ Ideally around 2 × 2.5 metres (approx. 6.5 × 8 feet) of clear floor space for the massage couch or chair.
✔️ Free from obstacles like coffee tables, clutter, or fragile items.
✔️ Enough room for me to move comfortably around the table.✅ Comfortable Environment:
✔️ Warm enough so you don’t feel chilled during the treatment.
✔️ Low lighting or candles if you wish—whatever makes you feel most relaxed.✅ Quiet and Private:
✔️ A space where you won’t be interrupted by pets, children, or visitors.
✔️ Turn phones to silent if possible for complete relaxation.✅ Access to Power (if needed):
✔️ For optional extras like heated stones or ambient lighting.✅ Safe Access to Your Home:

Once work has started (e.g. your report, reading, or recording is being prepared), no refunds are available.

This is in line with UK consumer law for digital goods & personalised services (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — they don’t carry a 14-day cancellation once the service has begun).
