Styrax benzoin

Comforting, grounding, skin-soothing

Benzoin is deeply comforting and grounding. It is often used for emotional reassurance, soothing dry or irritated skin, and creating a calm, stable atmosphere.

Benzoin is generally well tolerated but may irritate sensitive skin; use with care and proper dilution. Low‑risk skin sensitizer; avoid on hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin. Extra caution in very young children (e.g., under 2). Patch test recommended.
